7. Use of Artificial Intelligence in Recruitment
- We use automated tools, including artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, in our recruitment processes to assist in the evaluation and shortlisting of job applications. For example, these tools may analyze and assign scores to information provided in resumes based on defined criteria relevant to the role, which may influence how applications are prioritized for review.
- These tools are designed to support our recruitment decisions; however, they do not result in decisions being made solely by automated means. All candidate evaluations and hiring decisions are subject to appropriate human review to ensure fairness and accuracy.
- Where such processing constitutes profiling or automated processing under applicable data protection laws, individuals may have certain rights in relation to such processing, as provided under applicable law.
- To support these processes, candidate data is processed and stored within our applicant tracking system provided by Greenhouse Software, Inc., which acts as a service provider processing personal data on our behalf in accordance with applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
8. International Data Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as:
